Service Manager – Automobile Industry
Job Location: Kanker Khera, Bigwing, Meerut
Industry: Automobile Dealership / Service Center
Experience Required: Minimum 2–8 years experience in automobile service operations
Prior experience as Workshop Manager / Assistant Service Manager preferred
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate
(Automobile background preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily workshop and service center operations
Ensure smooth vehicle servicing and timely delivery
Supervise technicians, service advisors, and workshop staff
Monitor customer satisfaction and complaint resolution
Maintain service quality standards and productivity
Handle escalated customer issues professionally
Monitor spare parts coordination and service workflow
Ensure proper job card management and documentation
Achieve service revenue and workshop targets
Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in workshop
Prepare daily and monthly service performance reports
