Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist with strong experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The role also includes supporting onboarding activities and achieving monthly recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Apna, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Utilize Boolean Search, LinkedIn Search, and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify quality candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer discussions with selected candidates.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until successful onboarding.
- Coordinate background verification, document collection, and pre-joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Respond to basic HR-related queries and support HR operations when required.
- Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring Software Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Graphic Designers, Digital Marketing professionals, Sales, and Support roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and salary benchmarking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other job portals.
- Strong experience in technical recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for recruitment tracking and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
