Job Title : Developmental Pediatrician
Role Description: Developmental Pediatrician
Role Purpose: A Developmental Pediatrician specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of children with developmental and behavioral disorders. This role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support for children and their families.

Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments of children with developmental, behavioral, and learning disorders. Diagnose a range of conditions, including autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental delays.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and therapists to ensure coordinated care.
- Patient Management: Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Provide ongoing support and guidance to families.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care.
- Education and Advocacy: Educate families about their child's condition and available treatments. Advocate for the needs of children with developmental disorders within the healthcare system and the community.
- Research and Continuing Education: Stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field of developmental pediatrics. Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to research as appropriate.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Medical Degree: Doctor of Medicine MD, DCH, DNB
Residency: Completed residency in pediatrics.
Fellowship: Completed fellowship in developmental-behavioral pediatrics or a related field.
Licensure: Valid medical license to practice as a pediatrician.
Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in developmental-behavioral pediatrics.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating developmental and behavioral disorders in children.
Skills: Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Pay: ₹55,655.57 - ₹183,193.72 per month
