We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day project activities, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure projects are completed on time. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Schedule meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Follow up with team members regarding pending tasks.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Escalate project risks and issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure effective communication between clients and project teams.
- Support the Project Manager in planning and execution of projects.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Client handling and follow-up skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (BBA, BCA, MBA, Engineering, or equivalent preferred).
- 2–3years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
