Job Summary
The Junior Project Coordinator will support the project team in coordinating site
activities, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth
communication between site engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal
departments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Coordination
Assist in coordinating daily site activities as per project plans
Support Project Manager and Senior Coordinator in execution of tasks
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for routine
requirements
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including internal review meetings,
contractor meetings, and site coordination meetings.
Track and follow up on action items arising from project meetings to ensure
timely closure.
Help ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, and approvals
Planning & Progress Tracking
Assist in tracking project schedules and daily progress
Update progress reports and trackers
Highlight delays, issues, or constraints to seniors
Support resource and manpower tracking
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project documentation including drawings, MOMs, reports, and
records
Maintain project meeting calendars, prepare meeting agendas, record
Minutes of Meetings, and circulate them to the concerned stakeholders.
Assist in preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Update records for approvals, inspections, and site activities
Ensure proper filing and document control
Quality, Safety & Compliance Support
Assist in implementing quality and safety procedures at site
Support inspections, audits, and compliance documentation
Report safety and quality observations to senior team members
Coordination & Communication
Attend site meetings and assist in preparing Minutes of Meetings (MOM)
Follow up on action items assigned during meetings
Support coordination between internal departments (procurement, billing,
CRM)
Track Purchase Requests (PRs) from initiation to approval and coordinate
with the Procurement Department to ensure timely procurement of materials
and services.
Follow up on the status of Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders (POs), and
material deliveries to support uninterrupted project execution.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction-related field
1–3 years of experience in real estate or construction projects
Basic understanding of construction processes
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 per month (CTC), based on qualifications,
experience, and interview performance.
Performance-Based Increment: Eligible for periodic salary increments
based on individual performance, achievement of business objectives, and
the Company's performance, as per Company policy.
Benefits: Statutory benefits and other allowances as per Company policy.
Full-time managerial position based at the Corporate Office and Project Sites.
Travel for client meetings, project launches, exhibitions, and business events
as required.
