Position Title: Graphic Designer/Sr. Graphics Designer

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative
team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator,
CorelDRAW, and Photoshop, and a passion for creating visually compelling
designs across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop original and engaging creative designs for digital ads, social media
posts, banners, brochures, packaging, and other branding material.
Create eye-catching visuals and layouts based on brand guidelines and
marketing briefs.
Work closely with content, digital marketing, and product teams to translate
concepts into high-quality visual output.
Design assets for campaigns, events, presentations, and internal
communications.
Prepare artwork for print production including dielines, color matching, and
resolution checks.
Edit and retouch images for social media, e-commerce, and product catalogs.
Maintain consistency and quality across all designs and formats.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas
to the table.
Tools & Software Proficiency
Adobe Illustrator – Vector design, logo creation, icons
CorelDRAW – Print layout, packaging, and marketing collaterals
Adobe Photoshop – Image editing, mockups, digital artwork
Knowledge of InDesign, After Effects, or Canva is a plus
Familiarity with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and file versioning tools
Qualifications & Skills
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2–7 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across mediums.
Attention to detail with excellent visual composition and color theory.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
Motion graphics or basic animation
UI/UX understanding or experience
Photography or videography knowledge
Experience working with branding
