We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Sales to lead sales operations, revenue generation, customer acquisition, telesales, collections and team performance across all projects. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, manage high performing sales teams, oversee CRM and lead management and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and manage Field Sales, Telesales, CRM and Channel Partner teams.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, site visits and booking conversions.
- Ensure effective CRM management and lead allocation.
- Track team performance through regular reviews and KPIs.
- Coordinate with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Oversee collections and ensure timely customer payments.
- Handle key customer negotiations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards for management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Finance, Legal and Project teams for smooth business operations.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
- Real Estate Sales Certification is preferred.
Experience:
- 10–15+ years in Sales & Business Development.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in the Real Estate industry.
- Proven experience in managing both Field Sales and Telesales teams.
