About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented International Sales Professional to drive global business growth for our Cable & Conductor Division. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to export sales, international business development, and customer relationship management within the cable and conductor manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand international business across designated global markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate export sales growth.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with overseas customers, distributors, agents, and channel partners.
- Lead commercial discussions including pricing, negotiations, contract finalization, and order execution.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation requirements, and international trade standards.
- Represent the organization at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and periodic management reports.
Required Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales.
- Mandatory experience in Cable and/or Conductor Manufacturing Industry.
- Proven track record in developing international markets and managing export business.

Product Knowledge

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or International Business will be an added advantage.
