Job Summary
The Programme Coordinator & Personality Development Trainer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering structured personality development programs in schools/institutions. The role combines training delivery with operational coordination to ensure smooth execution of sessions, events, and assessments.
Key Responsibilities
A. Training Responsibilities (Personality Development Trainer)
* Conduct structured classroom sessions on:
* Public speaking
* Communication skills
* Confidence building
* Leadership skills
* Emotional intelligence
* Teamwork & social skills
* Design age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
* Conduct role-plays, group discussions, debates, storytelling, and presentation exercises.
* Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
* Track progress and maintain assessment records.
* Prepare students for stage events, competitions, and school programs.
B. Coordination Responsibilities (Programme Coordinator)
* Plan and schedule training sessions in coordination with schools/institutions.
* Develop monthly and yearly program calendars.
* Coordinate with trainers, school authorities, and management.
* Ensure smooth execution of workshops, events, and special activities.
* Monitor program quality and maintain documentation.
* Collect and analyze feedback from students and schools.
* Prepare reports for management review.
* Support marketing or promotional events when required.
