About Us
The HireXpress LLC is a fast-growing US healthcare staffing company specializing in Travel Nursing, Allied Health, and Per Diem staffing across the United States. We are looking for motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiters to join our expanding recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, and Allied Healthcare professionals.
- Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to identify top talent.
- Screen candidates through phone interviews and assess qualifications, experience, and compliance.
- Match candidates with suitable travel, local, and contract assignments.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate pay packages and obtain candidate commitments.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Work closely with account managers to fulfill client requirements within deadlines.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing industry.
- Experience recruiting for Travel Nurses and/or Allied Healthcare professionals.
- Hands-on experience with job boards such as Indeed, Vivian, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
- Knowledge of compliance and credentialing processes.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems.
