Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design of engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to mentor junior designers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual designs for digital and print marketing materials.
- Design social media creatives, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and branding assets.
- Develop and maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Lead creative projects from concept to final execution.
- Review and provide feedback to junior designers to maintain design quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Prepare final artwork for print and digital publishing.
- Ensure all creative assets align with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Canva Pro, Figma, and basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
