About Us:-
JSS (Jogendra Singh & Sons) is a rapidly growing B2B organization specializing in hospitality solutions, industrial stone-treatment chemicals, and eco-friendly products. We supply premium materials and maintenance services to top-tier luxury hotels (including 5-star properties like Fairmont, Raffles, and Marriott). As our operations expand, we need a strong HR leader to build our internal systems from scratch and manage our on-ground workforce.
The Role:-
We are not looking for a traditional "Desk HR." We are looking for an action-oriented HR & Operations Manager who can build automated corporate systems while simultaneously managing, training, and retaining our field labor force (housekeeping, floor maintenance, and site supervisors) working across various luxury client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Workforce Management: Track daily attendance, deployments, and site reporting for scattered field laborers. Build mobile-friendly tracking systems for easy ground-level data entry.
- Training & Brand Standards: Conduct regular soft-skills and grooming training sessions for ground-level workers. Ensure our laborers understand how to behave, communicate, and dress professionally on luxury hotel client sites.
- System Building & Automation: Draft and enforce the JSS Master Rulebook (SOPs). Digitally automate HR processes, including MIS dashboards, leave management, and payroll coordination using advanced Excel/formulas or HR software.
- Grievance Handling & Retention: Actively resolve on-site conflicts, handle supervisor escalations, and reduce labor turnover (preventing laborers from running away from sites).
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source and hire bulk field laborers, site supervisors, and office staff as the company expands.
- Compliance & Documentation: Standardize all HR paperwork, including offer letters, disciplinary warnings, and Full & Final (FNF) settlements.
- Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably with experience managing blue-collar/field workforces, retail promoters, or hospitality staff.
- Education: MBA in HR or related field. (A background or degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management is a massive bonus).
- Tech-Savvy: Strong command of data tracking (Advanced Excel, dashboards, or HRMS tools). You must know how to build systems so the company runs on autopilot.
- Leadership: You are confident, authoritative, and capable of standing in front of 20+ laborers to enforce discipline and company rules.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jaipur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
