The Customer Success Associate at Glocert would be responsible in handling and maintaining Client relations as well as ensure Long term Connectivity and trust amongst the stakeholders of the organisation, while also establishing a Brand Image in the Process
Reporting Structure : The Associate would be directly communicating to the COO and the Managing Director
Training Period : 30 Days
Compensation : Variable upon performance (3.6 - 4.5 LPA) Post- training period (Inclusive of deductions)
Initial Training period stipend - 15,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Involve directly with the client outreach and interact with them based on their requirements
- Collaborate with the necessary Technical Teams with regards to the requirements
- Engage with regional clientele, regions would be subjective to the performance and the ability to handle initial allocated accounts.
- Maintain Client records and flag issues appropriately
Key Metrics for Evaluation :
Retention Rate Increments
- Ability for the Associate to upsell and promote certification services
- Ability to handle around 50-100 clients and around 200 post automation of tasks
Key Requirements :
- MBA/ BBA or candidates with backgrounds in sales would be preferred
- Previous Experience in handling customer relations are an added advantage
- Fluency and proper communication skillset
- Flexibility to adjust working hours based on client time zones.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
