Job role:-
- To make communication with our Associates.
- Finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Reporting to management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Associates regarding every month’s offers.
Require skills:-
- Speak fluent in English language as well as written.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and PPT presentations.
- Good personality.
Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow, HO
Salary:- Rs.15,000 - 20,000/- per month + Incentives + benefits.
Interview will held in Face to Face mode only in Lucknow HO in week days in second half.
