The Team Lead is in charge of overseeing daily logistics and warehouse operations, making sure that shipments are processed and moved on schedule, and supervising a group of executives and associates. Achieving operational KPIs, upholding service quality, guaranteeing safety compliance, and promoting ongoing process improvements are the major objectives of the position.
Important Duties
Oversee daily dispatch, sorting, outgoing, inbound, and last-mile activities.
Oversee, inspire, and guide delivery executives, support personnel, and warehouse colleagues.
Effectively distribute labor to fulfill operational needs and shift objectives.
Make that shipments are handled within the specified TAT and SLA.
Throughout the shift, keep an eye on operational performance, productivity, and shipment flow.
Maintain inventory accuracy and make sure shipments are properly scanned, sorted, loaded, and dispatched.
Communicate daily operating goals and hold shift briefings.
Make sure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed
Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
