- Prepress Preparation: Review and adjust incoming digital files for proper layout, resolution, margins, and bleed before printing.
- Machine Setup & Operation: Load media, adjust paper stocks, and operate industrial digital presses according to specific job tickets.
- Color Management: Utilize RIP software (such as Fiery) to calibrate colors and match client proofs.
- Quality Control: Monitor active print runs for smudges, streaks, or misalignments; perform test prints.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance, clear paper jams, and troubleshoot press errors.
- Post-Press Finishing: Assist with cutting, scoring, laminating, folding, and binding the final products.
- Inventory Control: Monitor toner/ink and paper stock levels to ensure continuous workflow.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
