Job Location: Ambad, Nashik

Position: HOD – Planning
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Production
- MBA (Operations) preferred
Experience:
- 10–15 years in production planning within the electrical panel board or switchgear manufacturing industry.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership/HOD role.
Salary:
- ₹8–12 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Planning Department and manage PPC activities.
- Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor material availability and production schedules.
- Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
- Optimize production capacity and reduce lead time.
- Review production progress and resolve planning issues.
- Maintain ERP/MRP data and generate planning reports.
- Lead a team of planning engineers and coordinators.
Required Skills:
- Production Planning & Control (PPC)
- ERP/MRP Software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Material Planning & Inventory Control
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of panel board manufacturing processes
