Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Explain our programs, follow up with interested leads, and convert them into successful registrations.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, client status, and conversions using provided CRM tools.
- Build positive relationships with clients through a professional and supportive approach.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding leads, updates, and successful enrollments.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages a plus).
- A calm, patient, and professional approach while handling calls.
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
- Laptop or smartphone with a stable internet connection.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred (not mandatory).

Salary
Basic fixed pay per month + Commission + Performance incentive (based on experience and conversion). You can earn on an average 15k per month with just 10 successful conversions!
