Ferty9 Fertility Center is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – BTL Marketing to lead and execute regional marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and managing on-ground campaigns, community engagement activities, fertility awareness programs, and local brand-building efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution
Plan and execute fertility awareness camps, outreach programs, and hyperlocal marketing activities.
Identify high-potential areas to improve brand visibility and generate quality leads.
Community Engagement
Build partnerships with clinics, pharmacies, NGOs, local influencers, and community leaders.
Develop localized marketing initiatives based on regional demographics and market needs.
Social Media & Brand Promotion
Manage clinic-level social media platforms.
Create engaging local content, event updates, testimonials, and community success stories.
Event Management
Organize and coordinate fertility camps, awareness drives, and promotional events.
Manage vendors, logistics, promotions, and event execution.
Reporting & Analysis
Track campaign performance, leads generated, ROI, and budget utilization.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with marketing, operations, and clinic teams to ensure successful campaign implementation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in BTL Marketing, Field Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, Diagnostics, Wellness, or Service Industries.
Proven experience in organizing events, field campaigns, and partnership development.
Strong understanding of local markets and consumer behavior.
Fluency in Telugu is preferred.
