Job Summary
FURNIGENCE LLP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to generate new business opportunities globally and expand our client base in the cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, interior design, and manufacturing industries.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation through digital channels, prospecting potential clients, managing sales follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through digital channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry directories, social media, and online research.
- Identify and approach cabinet manufacturers, millwork companies, woodworking businesses, interior designers, and contractors worldwide.
- Conduct outbound sales outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication until conversion.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings for the management team.
- Maintain and update lead and customer information in CRM systems and sales trackers.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and lead generation metrics.
- Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to understand service offerings and client requirements.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and generate business opportunities globally.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong lead generation and sales follow-up capabilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and other digital sales platforms.
- Ability to research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or digital lead generation.
- Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, construction, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
