Salary: Best in IndustryJob Description We are looking for an experienced Lab Chemist with 3–5 years of experience in the Palm Oil and Sunflower Oil Refinery industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of laboratory testing, quality control, and edible oil analysis to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine analysis of crude, refined, and finished edible oils.Test raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per quality standards.Conduct physical and chemical tests including FFA, Moisture, IV, PV, Color, DOBI, Saponification Value, and other edible oil parameters.Prepare and maintain laboratory reports, test records, and documentation.Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.Monitor product quality throughout the refining process.Support production and quality teams by providing timely analysis reports.Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, HACCP, and food safety standards.Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory.Required QualificationsB.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related field.3–5 years of experience in an Edible Oil Refinery Laboratory.Hands-on experience with Palm Oil and Sunflower Oil quality analysis.Good knowledge of laboratory instruments and testing procedures.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of edible oil refining processes.Familiarity with food safety and quality management systems.Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.Team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
