Community Manager & Operations Associate
We're looking for someone who loves meeting people, building relationships, and getting things done.
This isn't a traditional desk job. You'll work across community, hiring, partnerships, sales, and day-to-day operations. Every week will bring new challenges, new people, and new opportunities to learn.

What You'll Do
- Build and manage our community of founders, creators, and professionals.
- Create meaningful relationships and keep the community engaged.
- Hire exceptional talent by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding.
- Manage influencer outreach and build long-term creator partnerships.
- Identify new networking and business opportunities.
- Support sales through lead generation, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and founder priorities.
- Help improve internal systems and processes.
- Work closely with different teams to ensure projects move forward smoothly.
- Take ownership of problems and find solutions without waiting to be asked.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
