Roles & responsibilities
- Project Planning & Design: Define project goals, scope, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes aligned with the NGO’s mission.
- Program Implementation: Oversee day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring activities are carried out effectively and on schedule.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coordinate project staff, field teams, and volunteers.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with donors, partners, government bodies, and community stakeholders.
- Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E): Track progress using KPIs, collect data, and assess project impact.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage project funds, ensure cost efficiency, and maintain financial accountability.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports for donors and management, including progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Identify risks, ensure adherence to policies, and maintain compliance with legal and donor requirements.
Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BE, Science or related field.
- Experience: 3–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in NGOs or development sector.
- Project Management Skills: Strong ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
- Leadership & Team Handling: Proven experience in managing teams, field staff, and volunteers.
- Field Readiness: Willingness to travel frequently, especially to rural or remote areas.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
