We are looking for someone who can confidently handle wedding enquiries, explain the Mystic Studios experience, build trust with couples & families, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
This role requires strong communication, emotional understanding, presentation skills, and sales confidence.
Responsibilities
- Handle wedding enquiries through calls, WhatsApp & meetings
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages
- Present Mystic Studios’ style, experience & value proposition
- Build strong relationships with couples and families
- Negotiate pricing professionally and close bookings
- Follow up with leads and maintain enquiry records
- Coordinate with internal teams after booking confirmation
Required Skills
- Good understanding of wedding industry & client expectations
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident in sales and negotiation
- Ability to build emotional connection with clients
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Professional presentation and follow-up skills
Preferred
- Experience in wedding sales / luxury services / hospitality
- Fluent in Tamil & English
- Passion for storytelling, weddings & people interaction
