- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues related to routers, switches, and VPN.
- Provide first-level support and resolve user-reported network incidents.
- Create, update, and track tickets in the ITSM tool.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as per SLA.
- Perform basic configuration of switches, routers, and network devices.
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for connectivity issues.
- Conduct routine network health checks and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain network documentation and reports.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year
