Job Summary
Apni Kheti is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Agro Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical agricultural guidance to farmers through our digital platform while contributing to content creation, user engagement, and platform growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to farmers' queries related to crops, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, livestock, markets, and agricultural practices through the Apni Kheti mobile app, customer support channels, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate and timely agricultural recommendations based on the latest Package of Practices and research.
- Monitor and respond to user inquiries within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Stay updated with the latest agricultural technologies, research, government schemes, and industry developments.
- Attend agricultural seminars, training sessions, Kisan Melas, and workshops to enhance domain knowledge.
- Prepare crop lifecycle documents, technical notes, and advisory content.
- Write blogs, articles, and seasonal agricultural content for the website and social media platforms.
- Review and update agricultural data to support product and platform development.
- Coordinate field visits for video documentation.
- Conduct interviews with farmers and agricultural experts.
- Create short advisory videos and educational content for digital platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and crop management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand farmers' concerns and provide practical solutions.
- Good written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- Preferred: B.Sc. Agriculture or equivalent qualification in Agriculture.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience.
- Experience with an agriculture input company, agri-tech company, agricultural services, or farm management will be an added advantage.
