Role Overview
BTH Laboratories Pvt Ltd is seeking MSc Chemistry (freshers are welcome) for the role of Trainee Analyst in our wet & dry chemistry laboratory. The initial appointment will be as Trainee Analyst for a period of 1 year. Based on performance during this period, candidates can be confirmed as permanent employees with the designation of Analyst. This role provides exposure to Instrumental chemistry workflows, analytical testing, and compliance-driven laboratory practices, offering a strong foundation for career growth in quality control, R&D, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities during & after Training Period:
- Operate, maintain & troubleshoot ICP-OES for routine and specialized analyses.
- Perform sample preparation, calibration, and validation of results.
- Utilize and manage instruments such as Nitrate Analyzer, CHNS, GCMS, LCMS, ensuring optimal performance.
- Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods in compliance with laboratory standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with service engineers when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of analyses, instrument performance, and calibration records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Train and mentor junior analysts and technicians in instrumentation techniques.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in laboratory operations.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
