Future Health is a preventive healthcare platform focused on managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension through a doctor-led, technology-enabled care model. Our program combines continuous monitoring, personalized nutrition, lifestyle interventions, wearable devices, and dedicated care coordination to improve patient outcomes.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to build partnerships with diabetologists and internal medicine doctors across Bengaluru. The primary responsibility of this role is to introduce doctors to the Future Health NCD Management Program, onboard them as referral partners, and drive patient enrollments through these partnerships. This is a field-intensive role that requires daily doctor visits, relationship building, and consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
● Visit and engage with Diabetologists, Internal Medicine Physicians, and General Physicians across Bengaluru.
● Present and explain the Future Health NCD Management Program to doctors and clinic staff.
● Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
● Schedule product demos and meetings with potential doctor partners.
● Conduct regular follow-ups and address queries to convert interested doctors into active referral partners.
● Maintain records of doctor visits, discussions, and partnership status in CRM or reporting tools.
● Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding doctors and supporting patient referrals.
● Provide market feedback and competitor insights. Daily & Monthly Targets
● Visit a minimum of 5 doctors per day.
● Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective doctor partners.
● Achieve doctor onboarding and conversion targets as defined by the company.
● Drive a minimum of 30 patient enrollments per month through partner doctors. Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or related field.
● 1-3 years of experience in field sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical representative, healthcare sales, or doctor engagement roles.
● Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in healthcare sales may also apply. Skills Required
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
● Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
● Ability to work independently in a field sales environment.
● Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem and doctor engagement is preferred.
● Proficiency in English and Kannada is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
