We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to deliver NSQF-aligned computer and IT skills training under the RAJKVIK (Rojgar Aadharit Jan Kaushal Vikas Karyakram) scheme. The candidate will train unemployed youth and job seekers, helping them build practical technical knowledge and workplace digital skills to achieve wage employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Conduct theory and practical lab sessions on computer fundamentals, MS Office, internet usage, IT tools, and job-role specific software according to the prescribed NSQF curriculum.
- Compliance & Attendance: Maintain daily biometric/IP-camera attendance and training records as mandated by RSLDC guidelines.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate trainee performance through continuous assessments, mock tests, and practical evaluations to prepare them for final certification.
- Lab Management: Oversee computer lab hardware, software installation, network connectivity, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless practical classes.
- Employability Support: Assist trainees with digital literacy, resume preparation, basic workplace etiquette, and placement readiness.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), Diploma in Computer Science, or PGDCA/DOEACC 'A' Level from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in teaching IT/computer courses (preference given to candidates with previous RSLDC or government skill project training experience).
- Technical Proficiency: High command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet applications, basic networking, operating systems, and hardware basics.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi and basic functional English.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
