Life Cycle Initiatives: Lead the life cycle activities like VOP / VOC & RNR activities for the category and cross functionally coordinate to align on output.

Risk Management: Responsible for Delivery of Partner and Customer concerns and addressing efficiently by providing proper solutions on goods damage, missing and other escalations.

Team management: Manage a high-performing team of 5-8 individuals focused on targets & KRA’s. Track team efficiency and service quality continuously, implementing corrective actions and improvements as needed.

Central Team Initiatives: To act as a POC for centrally driven initiatives like camps, Partner communications, support research activities for partner & customer community.

Process improvement: Identify, build and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and policies to support the activity and solve prevalent issues.

Retention: Will be involved in supply/customer retention activities like calling, partner engagement validation, zonal wise supply fulfillment, customer retention,etc

Market intelligence: Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights.
