Job Title: Corporate Learning & Development Associate
About the Role:Are you passionate about learning, teaching, and helping others grow? Do you enjoy creating engaging content and working with people?We are looking for a Corporate Learning & Development Associate to join our team in Siliguri. This role is ideal for freshers who are keen to build a career in Learning & Development, as well as candidates with prior experience in training, content creation, or employee development.The selected candidate will support induction and onboarding programs, create engaging learning content, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and work closely with the L&D Manager to develop and execute impactful learning initiatives across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction, onboarding, refresher, and other employee training programs.
- Create engaging learning content, including presentations, videos, quizzes, SOPs, and e-learning modules.
- Manage, update, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordinate with the L&D Manager to plan and execute training and development initiatives.
- Conduct assessments and track employee learning progress and training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand training needs and support employee development.
- Assist in building a strong learning culture across the organization.
- Continuously explore innovative methods and digital tools to improve the learning experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interest in learning, teaching, and helping others grow.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Interest in creating presentations, videos, quizzes, and digital learning content.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, or other AI and content creation tools will be an added advantage.
- Good coordination, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- A creative, curious, and proactive approach to learning and development.
Experience:
- Freshers with a strong interest in Learning & Development are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Training, Learning & Development, Travel, Hospitality, BPO, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
