Job Summary
Bake N Shake is hiring Kitchen Helpers and Chefs to join our growing team. We are looking for dedicated and experienced candidates who are passionate about food preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality.

- Chef (Continental, Indian, Bakery, or Café Cuisine)
Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen Helper
- Assist chefs with food preparation and ingredient handling.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Chef
- Prepare and present high-quality food as per company recipes and standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Monitor food stock and minimize wastage.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Requirements
- Kitchen Helper: Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 2 years of kitchen experience.
- Chef: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or bakery. A diploma in Hotel Management or IHM is preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
