Minimum Edu & Skill : Bsc Agriculture/Horticulture,
Manpower Management, Technical Knowledge of field work, Measurement and designing of landscape area, knlowledge of irrigation netwrok and Application of new irrigation layout ,Proper knowledge of Agriculture chemicals like Pesticide,Fungicide,Herbicide,Fertilizers and organic nutrients ,plant protective and curative practices, cordination with field staff, basic understanding of horticulture machineries, seasonal flower plantation and meintanance, Proper knowledge of new project development work, proper knowledge of indoor and outdoor potted plants maintenance and developments, Nursery new plant propogation and seedling development knowledge.Basic understaning of Conversation agro waste into FYM, BOQ preparation and cost estimation,Basic Computer skill and Data managment and presentation etc..,
