About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
This role requires someone who can think ahead, manage priorities independently, coordinate across teams, and leverage the latest AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder/CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and execution.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), and track action items until closure.
- Handle email correspondence, documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Prioritize tasks, schedule meetings, and manage daily operational activities.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
- Assist in project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct online research, competitor analysis, and prepare business summaries when required.
- Organize business events, client meetings, and executive visits.
- Be available to travel for business meetings, events, or client interactions whenever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Technical & AI Skills
Candidates should be comfortable working with modern productivity and AI tools, including:
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar LLMs
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Google Workspace
- Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools
- AI-powered note-taking and meeting assistants
- Internet research and modern digital workflows
- Strong understanding of current AI, LLM, and internet productivity paradigms

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
