We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional who can lead talent acquisition initiatives and build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage a team of recruiters, allocate hiring requirements, and monitor daily performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower planning and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and competency assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality-of-hire metrics.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment MIS reports, hiring dashboards, and recruitment KPIs.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation standards.
- Mentor, guide, and train the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills using multiple hiring platforms.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment for IT & Non-IT, Telecom, or Corporate functions will be preferred.
