The Senior Engineer / Senior Project Coordinator – PMC will support project planning, site coordination, progress monitoring, documentation, contractor follow-up, quality tracking, and reporting for assigned projects.
The role requires practical site knowledge, drawing understanding, coordination ability, reporting discipline, and the ability to work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor site activities and report progress against planned schedules.
· Coordinate daily and weekly project updates with site teams, contractors, and consultants.
· Track drawings, RFIs, approvals, material submissions, site instructions, and pending issues.
· Assist in preparing progress reports, MOMs, action trackers, and project dashboards.
· Review work execution against approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
· Identify site constraints, delays, drawing gaps, coordination issues, and quality observations.
· Support planning updates, look-ahead schedules, and recovery action tracking.
· Coordinate with QS/costing teams for progress validation, quantity checks, and variation inputs.
· Support contractor bill checking, measurement review, and documentation where required.
· Maintain project records, drawing registers, and site documentation discipline.
· Guide junior engineers and project coordinators on documentation and site follow-up.
Required Skills
· Good knowledge of construction execution and project coordination.
· Ability to read civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and finishing drawings.
· Good understanding of project schedules, progress tracking, and site documentation.
· Strong Excel, reporting, and coordination skills.
· Basic commercial and quantity awareness.
· Good communication and follow-up discipline.
· Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple project tasks.
Qualification
· BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.
Experience Required
· 12-20 years of experience in site engineering, project coordination, PMC, planning support, or construction project execution.
· Experience in contractor, PMC, developer, or construction consultancy environment preferred.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
