- B.Ed / NTT / Montessori / Waldorf preferred
- Strong understanding of early years curriculum and child development
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide Pre-Primary teachers (PPRT/NTT)
- Plan and implement engaging early childhood programs
- Ensure a nurturing and safe learning environment
- Monitor student development and classroom activities
- Coordinate with teachers and parents effectively
Preference:
- Experience in CBSE/Pre-primary coordination roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
