We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of the organization. The role involves managing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and ensuring effective financial controls to support business growth and decision-making.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
- Handle audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports for business insights
- Support business decisions through financial modeling and cost analysis
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and execution
- Prepare and verify monthly PF and ESI payroll data (basic, HRA, PF‑eligible wages, ESI wage limits).
- Prepare and verify monthly Professional Tax (PT) payroll data and employee‑wise PT deductions.
- Prepare report to CEO and leadership team

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
