Key Responsibilities:
- Address Technical Query of clients / Guide Users through technical process
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software.
- Database analysis
- SQL express & sql management installation on client side.
- Design bill format & barcode printing
- Diagnosing technical issues of ERP product & forward the core problem of software to the development team.
- Assist customers with softwares installation, configuration & maintenance of systems as needed.
- Providing basic software training.
- Support data recovery in case of system crashes
- Work with developers, testers for issue resolution
