Role Description
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE?
- Develop and maintain all server-side network components.
- Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
- Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.
- Understand business requirements and technical specifications
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Write effective APIs
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
- Coordinate with web designers to match visual design intent
Required Skills & Qualifications:
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 3-4 Years
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and object-oriented JavaScript.
- Solid experience with MySQL (database design, queries, and optimization).
- Hands-on experience with AWS (SQS, S3, EC2, etc.).
- Familiarity with Objection.js or similar ORM frameworks.
- Knowledge of at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
- Good understanding of software design principles and version control (Git).
Additional Skills (Plus):
- Experience with MongoDB and Redis.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and caching strategies.

Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development using Node.js and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Programming with JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with modern development workflows and tooling.
- Solid understanding and practical application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, microservices architectures, and integration with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; familiarity with testing frameworks and code quality tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and effective communication in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead engineering role, including mentoring and technical guidance, is highly beneficial.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
