EV 3-Wheeler Fitter
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Fitter for our electric 3-wheeler rickshaw manufacturing workshop. The candidate will be responsible for assembling and fitting various vehicle components and ensuring proper fitment, alignment and finishing of the vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and fit mechanical components of 3-wheeler electric vehicles.
- Install and fit chassis, body parts, seats, wheels, suspension and other vehicle components.
- Assist in fitting EV-specific components as per company requirements.
- Check components for proper fitment, alignment and functionality.
- Identify and rectify fitting and assembly issues.
- Use hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment safely.
- Follow assembly procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop.
- Complete assigned vehicle assembly work within the required production time.
Requirements
- Experience as a vehicle fitter, automobile fitter or mechanical fitter is preferred.
- Experience with 3-wheeler/auto-rickshaw assembly will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of automobile mechanical components and fitting tools.
- Ability to read and follow basic assembly instructions.
- Good practical and mechanical skills.
- Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
- Candidates with relevant workshop experience will be preferred.
Experience
1–3 years preferred.
Experienced candidates in 3-wheeler, e-rickshaw or automobile assembly will be given preference.
