We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in our textile manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum machine availability, reducing breakdowns, and improving overall equipment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mechanical maintenance team for smooth plant operations
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of textile machinery
- Handle breakdown maintenance with minimum downtime
- Maintain utilities like boilers, compressors, pumps, and steam systems
- Monitor and improve machine efficiency (OEE)
- Plan shutdown maintenance and execute effectively
- Control spare parts inventory and maintenance cost
- Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices
- Coordinate with production team for continuous improvement
- Ensure safety compliance and proper documentation
- Vendor management and AMC handling
Must have experiences in Handling
- CBR, Gellar, KCML Jigger Machines, Dye Washers, CPB, E Control Machine, Print Washer, Stenter, Sanforizer.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in steam systems, Thermic, and pneumatics
- Good troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Knowledge of energy saving and cost optimization
- Team handling and leadership skills
- Familiar with maintenance software / SAP (preferred)
Preferred Industry Experience:
Textile Processing / Dyeing / Printing

Pay: ₹16,052.28 - ₹90,000.00 per month
