Minimum Experience:
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in jewellery casting and related manufacturing processes.
Required Skills and Expertise – Jewellery Casting Department Head
- In-depth Knowledge of Metals and Alloys
Strong understanding of various precious and non-precious metals and alloys used in jewellery manufacturing, including their properties, behaviors, and applications in casting.
- Expertise in Powder Setting and Casting Processes
Proficient in all stages of jewellery casting, including investment preparation, burnout cycles, and casting techniques (vacuum/centrifugal), with a focus on quality control and precision.
- Wax Department Operations & Wax Injection Techniques
Skilled in wax model production, including wax dye cutting, injection molding, and tree assembly, ensuring high accuracy and defect-free patterns.
- Filing, Paper Correction, and Pre-finishing Workflows
Hands-on experience with manual and machine-assisted filing, paper correction, and preparation of cast pieces for further processing.
- Leadership & Team Management
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Training and Staff Development
Committed to skill development through continuous training programs, SOP implementation, and performance monitoring for team members.
- Machine Handling & Preventive Maintenance
Thorough knowledge of casting-related machinery, including operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
