Hiring: Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer
Experience: 5–6 Years
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer with strong experience in Embedded C/C++ and RTOS-based firmware development for embedded/IoT products.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong Embedded C & Modern C++ (C++17/20)
- Hands-on RTOS development (FreeRTOS/Zephyr/RTX)
- Firmware development for embedded products (not testing/validation)
- Device Driver, HAL & BSP development
- Embedded Linux (Yocto/Buildroot) is a plus
- SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, TCP/IP, MQTT, BLE, Wi-Fi
- Strong debugging using JTAG/GDB, Logic Analyzer, Oscilloscope
- Git, CI/CD and embedded development tools
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, and optimize production-grade embedded firmware.
- Develop low-level drivers, RTOS applications, and hardware interfaces.
- Work closely with hardware teams for board bring-up and product development.
- Troubleshoot complex firmware issues and deliver robust embedded solutions.
Required Experience
- 5–6 years of core firmware development experience.
- Strong understanding of RTOS fundamentals (tasks, queues, semaphores, mutexes, interrupts, memory management).
- Experience in end-to-end embedded product development.
Note: Candidates with primarily Testing, Validation, QA, Maintenance, or Project Management experience without hands-on firmware development will not be considered.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
