Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Production Line Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure smooth line operations, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in managing production teams in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production line operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production targets, quality standards, and productivity.
- Lead and manage production operators to achieve daily output goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to minimize downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and report production issues.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Train and guide production staff to improve efficiency and performance.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the production floor.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Line Supervisor or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
