EXAR Digital We're looking for a Creative Content Writer & Content Strategist who can transform ideas into compelling content and build brands through creativity, storytelling, and strategy.
The ideal candidate should have experience creating content for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns while developing content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Write high-quality content for websites, landing pages, blogs, service pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Develop monthly content calendars and content strategies aligned with business goals.
Write scripts for Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, advertisements, and brand campaigns.
Brainstorm creative campaign ideas, hooks, storytelling concepts, and content angles.
Plan content that increases engagement, reach, followers, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Conduct keyword research and create SEO-friendly content.
Analyze competitors, industry trends, and content performance to continuously improve strategies.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, SEO specialists, and the marketing team to execute high-quality campaigns.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and content best practices.
Required Skills
2–5+ years of experience in Content Writing & Content Strategy.
Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking abilities.
Hands-on experience managing content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Experience creating content calendars and brand growth strategies.
Strong scriptwriting skills for Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and promotional campaigns.
Good understanding of SEO content writing and keyword research.
Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to enhance productivity.
Basic knowledge of Canva and WordPress is a plus.
Must Have
✅ Proven experience managing and growing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube pages.
✅ Experience creating creative content strategies that drive brand growth, engagement, and lead generation.
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing website content, blogs, social media posts, ad copy, and video scripts.
✅ Ability to independently generate creative campaign ideas and content concepts.
✅ Experience writing scripts for Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and promotional campaigns.
✅ Strong understanding of SEO, branding, audience psychology, and social media algorithms.
✅ Ability to work closely with designers and video editors to bring creative ideas to life.
