Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound Operations
-Plan and monitor daily inbound deliveries from vendors.
-Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for timely unloading.
-Verify received materials against PO, ASN, and delivery documents.
-Ensure GRN completion within defined timelines.
-Report and resolve shortages, damages, and quality issues.
-Maintain accurate inbound records in ERP/WMS.
2. Return to Origin (RTO) Management
- Track and monitor daily RTO shipments received from courier partners.
- Verify returned products and classify them as saleable, damaged, expired, or scrap
- Coordinate with courier partners and Customer Support teams to resolve RTO-related issues.
- Ensure timely inventory updates after RTO processing.
- Monitor RTO ageing and ensure closure within defined timelines.
- Analyze RTO trends and recommend corrective actions to reduce RTO rates.
3. Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory accuracy of 98–99% through regular cycle counts.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP/WMS inventory.
- Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor stock ageing, non-moving, and damaged inventory.
- Support month-end stock audits and annual physical verification.
- Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO and inventory control processes.
4. Warehouse Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure adherence to operational SLAs.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs including GRN TAT, inventory accuracy, RTO ageing, and stock variance.
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping and compliance with safety standards.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Supply Chain/Logistics will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in FMCG, E-commerce, Retail, or 3PL logistics preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Operations, Inbound Logistics, Inventory Management, and RTO processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, MIS reporting).
- Understanding of inventory reconciliation and cycle count processes.
- Experience in managing 3PL and contract logistics partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
