Job Summary
The Steward / Sr. Steward is responsible to provide target achievement, excellent guest service, maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality. The role acts as the bridge between guests, and the kitchen to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales- Sales target to achieve in terms of food & wine sales through proactive guest interaction.
Guest Service
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure guests receive prompt and efficient service throughout their visit.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Build positive relationships with guests to enhance customer satisfaction.
Restaurant Operations
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely food and beverage service.
- Ensure accurate order taking and billing.
- Monitor table turnover and seating arrangements.
Note : 1 to 2 years of experience in Restaurant /hotel or guest handling. basic knowledge of English.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
