Senior Hairdresser / Hair Stylist Position: Senior Hairdresser / Hair Stylist Experience: 5+ years preferred Department: Hair Location: [Saffron wellness/ Kharghar] Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Hairdresser / Hair Stylist who is confident in handling all aspects of professional hair services. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to independently perform haircuts, styling, colouring, chemical services, treatments, and consultations. Key Responsibilities Perform professional haircuts, trims, blow-drys, styling and finishing for all hair types. Have strong expertise in hair colouring, including global colour, highlights, balayage, ombré, root touch-ups and colour correction. Perform chemical services such as smoothening, keratin, straightening, rebonding and other salon treatments. Provide professional hair treatments based on the client’s hair and scalp condition. Conduct proper client consultations and recommend suitable cuts, colours, treatments and home-care products. Understand hair texture, porosity, colour theory and different hair types. Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation and professional grooming. Handle clients professionally and ensure a premium customer experience. Recommend appropriate professional hair-care products and after-care routines. Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, products and styling methods. Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Support junior stylists and share technical knowledge when required. Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the workstation and tools. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of professional salon experience preferred. Strong knowledge of cutting, colouring, styling and chemical services. Ability to work confidently with different hair textures and lengths. Excellent understanding of colour mixing, formulation and correction. Good communication and client consultation skills. Ability to independently handle clients from consultation to service completion. Professional, well-groomed and customer-focused personality. Knowledge of professional hair brands and products is an advantage. Preferred Candidate A complete all-rounder hair professional who can independently handle almost every hair service offered in a premium salon and consistently deliver high-quality results. Salary: ₹Fixed salary+ incentives, depending on experience and skill level.
