Job Description: Process Coordinator – Bajrangbali Roadways
Position Overview
We are seeking a diligent Process Coordinator to ensure timely execution of system-assigned tasks. While tasks are auto-allocated via our Google Sheets Dashboards ,this role is responsible for end-to-end follow-up, ensuring accountability, and achieving 100% on-time completion across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Task Monitoring: Review the automated task dashboard daily to track assignments, deadlines, and current status for all team members.
- Structured Follow-up: Conduct systematic follow-ups with teammates via WhatsApp, Slack, or phone calls to ensure tasks are initiated and completed within stipulated timelines.
- Deadline Compliance: Monitor approaching deadlines and send timely reminders. Proactively identify tasks at risk of delay and intervene to prevent overdue items.
- Status Governance: Ensure all team members update task status accurately in the designated Google Sheets tracker. Maintain data integrity as the single source of truth.
- Issue Resolution: For tasks marked as “Blocked,” liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve impediments promptly and document revised ETAs.
- Escalation Management: Escalate overdue or critical delays to the respective Team Lead with complete context and recommended action, ensuring no delays go unreported.
- Reporting & Analytics: Disseminate daily and weekly completion reports generated via Apps Script. Provide qualitative insights on recurring bottlenecks and team performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–2 years in Operations, Project Coordination, or Team Management roles. Fresh graduates with demonstrated leadership capabilities will be considered.
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Google Sheets, including filters, conditional formatting, and data validation. Familiarity with Google Apps Script workflows and automated notifications is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to conduct professional follow-ups and manage cross-functional coordination.
- Core Competencies: High level of organization, attention to detail, and ownership. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and enforce process discipline.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1. Maintain 95% or higher on-time task completion rate for the assigned team
2. Ensure 100% visibility and tracking of all system-assigned tasks
3. Achieve resolution of “Blocked” tasks within defined SLA
